INCOHERENCE

I had a very nice weekend. NOW I RETURN TO HEL- er NOW I RETURN TO REALITY.

I have been afflicted with the malady of OMGIDONTWANTTODOWORK.

I should, because it goes in my portfolio and I need a good portfolio and I want good comments from my tutors, but I don't feel like doing something that has been modified from my original vision by my tutor... even if it would sit better with the tutors/reviewers that way.

I'm slowly going insane but that's no secret :p

I thought it would be different in the UK, but in the end it's the same principle as TOA - just that they allow you leeway to draw however you want, if that's any consolation lol.

I also feel like being hikikomori because I want to produce lovely fanarts and since my brain is programmed in such a way I don't feel like starting small talk with my coursemates hallmates etc. unless it concerns fandom in some way.

ALSO I AM FRUSTRATED BECAUSE MY HAND WANTS TO PRODUCE LOVELY FANARTS BUT I CAN'T USE LOVELY FANARTS IN MY PORTFOLIO SO I HAVE TO DO SHITTY COLLEGE WORK ARGH ARGH ARGH MY HAND IS REBELLING.

On a separate note I will be moving blogs soon because I wanna put a fugly link thinger at the side to other humans' blogs. Also because ... because. I actually have a lj account from yonks and yonks ago (2002, anyone?) so I considered that option, but then again I foresee that it will end up occupying ALL my free time (and also I do not understand css coding. none at all. I are stoopid) so. wordpress ahoy? :

Gintama episodes 11-12 totally killed my brain. As in completely and UTTERLY. I actually went to look for strawberry milk in Somerfield afterwards and was disappointed that it wasn't in stock D: I WILL BUY SOME THIS WEEKEND TESCO WILL NOT FAIL ME

Impressions on Gintama so far (episode 23): Gin-san is the mother. Kagura and Shinpachi are the kids. Substitute either Katsura or Hijikata for the father figure, stay far away from SM-loving myopic kunoichi. This particular incarnation of the Shinsengumi totally rock, like they do in every anime that they're present in, only I would have liked a Saito Hajime somewhere... but oh well there's a good enough Hijikata in this one.
Favourite characters: All the male leads... I can't pick just one but if I had to pick two... Gintoki and Hijikata?? if the Sakamoto Ryoma guy gets more scenes he might become the third
I can't see any couples that I like enough to fangirl over in this series except in a purely jokey way. But possibly Gin/Zura or GinHijiGin (they're both seme types...) Shinpachi/Kagura would be cute but my common sense tells me Kagura would be seme :V

I got bored doing homework, so I drew a Zoro. I may have stopped following the rambling characterful menace that is One Piece but Zoro still remains high in my fangirling regard. ZORO FOR SAIGAR 2008 DD:

My anatomy and shading grow worse with age. I may use him for a layout. Or something. He's red for Chinese New Year :D yayyyyyyy I'm going to LSE my second home for the weekend (as usual. I am the official sponger of room 431) :DD
